Weekend Training Camp
Weekend Training Camps are NOT boot camps. They are designed for adults that have NOT been active and are less than 100 pounds overweight. Participants should consult their physician before starting any exercise program or changing their diet. Participants will sign a waiver before engaging in any activities stating that they are making an informed decision as to whether or not to participate in any of the activities offered during this training.
