Those wishing to volunteer time are needed in a variety of ways.
A volunteer aids and assits in the Living Well Foundation’s mission to improve the health and wellness of individuals. There is a task for everyone! We invite you to join us in our effort to make a difference in the way our society views health and wellness.
You may select a group that has similar circumstances-families, singles, divorced. It is a great way to meet good people and make a difference.
Volunteer projects for individuals or groups include, but are not limited to:
Landscaping/ Site Beautification
Your expertise area-see TALENT
Specific needs of each camp or program as requested by them.
*There is very limited availability to work with campers and a background check must be conducted on these individuals having direct camper contact – this requires a charge to the volunteer for the annual background check service.
No one under the age of 18 may volunteer without a parent or group leader on site as a volunteer. The parent/ group leader is responsible for the supervision of this child at all times. A waiver must be signed by the potential volunteer and signed by the guardian/ parent in the camp office prior to participation.
Volunteer hours are tracked by your signing in and out at the camp office or notifying the volunteer coordinator under certain circumstances.
